The passing of a friend

Well, I was going to post about how happy our weekend has been, but it has suddenly turned sad. We came home this afternoon & Jef called Linda Crites to talk (we try to call on Saturdays). Someone else answered the phone.
Linda passed away this morning. They said it was a heart attack. She had congestive heart failure, and has been living beyond the drs. expectations for three years now. Tom was out with his careprovider. The careprovider found Linda and she was already gone.
We are very, very sad here at our house this evening. While we know she is with Jesus and much better off, it still hurts to think she is gone. Tom is pretty torn up. We are praying for him, as we are not sure where he will live and stuff like that.
We miss you already Linda!
