Four Week Check

Well, I can't post my calorie count because I don't have all my papers with me. But I weighed myself at Kamali's & Tina's ... (drumroll please)


I LOST 8 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's two pounds a week, which I have discovered, is exactly what I want to do. :) More than that would be too fast, and less than that would be bad. :)

So yeah!! :)
