I have a fascination with roses. Sometimes they seem plain and other times they seem exquisite. On Sunday, we walked around the Rose Garden at Point Defiance. This was one of the roses there. I thought it was the prettiest one. You would think that the darker parts on the petals are shadows, but they aren’t. That is the rose’s color! Isn’t it gorgeous?! God is so cool.
by the way … this is now day 8 … and no one seems to be reading this. hmm …
About Sonja
I am a wife, a mom, a homeschooler, a Christian, a scrapbooker, a cook, a baker, a reader, and a thinker. I am many other things, too, that are not so easily defined. Right now, God has been calling me to be faithful in what He has given me to do – to be the best wife, mom, homeschooler, friend, etc. that I can be. In essence, He has told me to “bloom where I’m planted”.
