If someone needs information, you’re definitely the person to go to! Like Rachel Lynde, you’re strong in your beliefs and sometimes can be viewed as opinionated. But as much as you speak your mind, you’re always honest. This is probably why people come to you for advice when they need to hear the truth. Besides offering your opinion voluntarily, you are the first to help when a friend, neighbour or towns person needs it!

I *FINALLY* picked a good movie!! Last night we watched “The Wendell Baker Story” starring Luke Wilson, Owen Wilson, Eddie Griffin & Eva Mendes. It was really good. You all should go check it out!

June 6, 1944,
160,000 Allied troops landed along a 50-mile stretch of heavily-fortified French coastline to fight Nazi Germany on the beaches of Normandy, France. General Dwight D. Eisenhower called the operation a crusade in which “we will accept nothing less than full victory.” More than 5,000 Ships and 13,000 aircraft supported the D-Day invasion, and by day’s end on June 6, the Allies gained a foot-hold in Normandy. The D-Day cost was high -more than 9,000 Allied Soldiers were killed or wounded — but more than 100,000 Soldiers began the march across Europe to defeat Hitler.

Thank God for our freedom & for all those brave men & boys who gave their lives that we might live free!! Thank God for all those who lived & persevered so we don’t live under Hitler today! Thank God for all our servicemen & women who continue to protect us day in and day out – both here and abroad.
