My silly boys. This was taken last week. Jonathan, Daniel & Nicholas were being goofy together! 🙂
By the way, the Vulcan hand sign Jonathan is doing is a greeting which means “Live long and prosper”, to which you should reply (doing the same sign, of course) “Peace & long life.” :o)

Okay, so it’s bad enough we can’t trust toothpaste from China, now they are saying you can’t trust other products, either. That is for a separate post, though, I guess.
Today I received this e-mail and I thought it was important to share. I checked t out at snopes, of course, (here’s the link) and they said it was true. So please warn your kids once again to not accept candy from strangers, or even friends you don’t know too well!

Subject: Strawberry Meth

I have been alerted by one of our EMT’s for our volunteer fire department that they have received emails from emergency responder organizations to be on the lookout for a new form of Crystalized Meth that is targeted at children and to be aware of this new form if called to an emergency involving a child that may have symptoms of drug induction or overdose.

They are calling this new form of meth “Strawberry Quick” and it looks like the “Pop Rocks” candy that sizzle in your mouth. In it’s current form, it is dark pink in color and has a strawberry scent to it.

Please advise your children and their friends and other students not to accept candy from strangers as this is obviously an attempt to seduce children into drug use. They also need to be cautious in accepting candy from even friends that may have received it from someone else, thinking it is just candy.

June is here! It’s all summery here. Is “summery” a word? We’ve really been enjoying the sunshine and warmth. Today we went to co-op at the park. The boys had a lot of fun playing on the toys and playing kickball with their friends.
